Legal Description: Part East Half of Section 22, Part Northeast Quarter and part of Lots 2 and 3, all lying north of Interstate 80 in Section 27, part Northwest Quarter and part Southeast Quarter of Section 26, all in Township 9 North, Range 21 West of the 6th P.M., Dawson County, Nebraska

About the Land: 725.61 Acres, more or less, according to Dawson County Assessor’s records. A contiguous tract of pivot irrigated cropland consisting of 631.3 acres certified irrigated, the remainder non-irrigated. Includes (4) late model Zimmatic pivot sprinklers (1 with a swing arm) and electric irrigation wells.
