Founded on a Rich Agricultural History
Marshall Land Brokers & Auctioneers traces its roots back to 1945, when Warren T. Marshall acquired the Kearney Livestock Commission Co., a livestock auction market in Kearney, Nebraska. Within a decade, his sons, Eugene and Robin, followed in his footsteps, graduating from auction school and becoming the primary auctioneers at the family livestock market. After Warren’s passing in 1967, Eugene and Robin purchased the business from their father, operating it successfully until they sold it in 1984.
In 1978, Robin’s son, Miles, graduated from auction school and obtained his real estate brokerage license. Miles then expanded the family legacy by developing a business focused on marketing agricultural and rural properties, including Nebraska farms and ranches for sale. In 1984, Eugene’s son, Jeff, also graduated from auction school and began specializing in agricultural auctions throughout the region. Today, Miles’ son-in-law, Luke Huddleston, brings a fresh approach to the business by introducing cutting-edge real estate and innovative marketing strategies, ensuring Marshall Land Brokers & Auctioneers remains a leader in Nebraska land and ranches.
